How long does it take to ship my order?
We process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Depending on your location, it may take 3-7 working days for your order to reach you. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your order is shipped.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3000 within India. For orders below Rs. 3000, we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 100 per order
Do you ship internationally?
We are glad to inform you that we do ship internationally also at additional charges of shipping on actuals based on the country, city and consignment weight and value as may be quoted by the authorised courier agencies from time to time. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We take utmost care in packing and shipping our products. However, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending an email tocustomercare@orafojewels. with your order number and a picture of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange as per the company policy as per your preference.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped by sending an email to customercare@orafojewels.in with your order number and the details of the cancellation or modification. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify it
